Exchange Guidelines

• Timeframe: Exchanges must be made within 14 days of the original ship date.

• Value: The exchanged product must be equal to or greater in value than the item being returned.

Eligible Products for Exchange

• Condition: Items must be in original factory condition.

• Unaltered, unworn, undamaged.

• No odors or signs of wear or styling products.

• Packaging: Must have tags attached and be in original packaging.

• Deadline: Items must be returned within 14 days from the ship date.

Ineligible Products for Exchange

• Items showing signs of wear, including odors or styling products.

• Damaged packaging or product.

• Discontinued, closeout, and last call items.

Fees

• A 15% restocking fee applies per item exchanged.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Wig accessories, such as wig liners, foam heads, and color rings, cannot be exchanged or returned.

• Items shipped to Canada and internationally are FINAL SALE and CANNOT be exchanged or returned.
